Mott MacDonald is a leading professional services organization, providing engineering, consulting, and technical services to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Financial Accountant to join our team in Jakarta for a 12-month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to support the business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee the financial accounting processes, including month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to support the business and management decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial accountants and support staff.
• Develop and implement financial accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial accounting software.
