🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime HR and recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using HR software like SAP, Oracle, and others.
