As an Employee Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating team-building activities, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. You will also be involved in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that new hires feel welcome and integrated into the team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and address employee concerns.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and events to strengthen communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement programs that promote work-life balance and well-being.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcome and integrated into the team.
• Collaborate with the HR team and management to address employee issues and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, such as leave policies, benefits, and performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Certification in employee relations or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
