In this role, you’ll be the face of Al-Ikhsan Sports, assisting customers with product selection, providing expert advice on sports equipment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, using tools like Shopify POS and Square for inventory management and sales tracking.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package, including performance bonuses. Located in the heart of Canggu, you’ll enjoy a lively atmosphere and the chance to contribute to the success of a growing sports retail chain.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product selection and offer expert advice on sports equipment.
- Process sales transactions using Shopify POS and Square systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stock merchandise according to inventory guidelines.
- Provide product knowledge and training to new team members.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and store performance metrics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the sports industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with retail software like Shopify POS and Square is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sports and fitness.
- Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
