📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared to the highest standards before and after guest occupancy.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning tools and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with special requests and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and products.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg.
