📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and development projects.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.,Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure they are utilized effectively.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.,Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project progression.,Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the construction or development sector.,Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.,Proficient in project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
