📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct health screenings and assessments for employees to ensure workplace safety and wellness.
• Provide health education and preventive care programs to promote a healthy workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with management to address workplace health and safety concerns.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health nursing or HR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HR information systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR is a plus.
