As a Logistics Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining and updating our fleet management system, which includes tracking vehicle locations, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules. You'll also be involved in managing our driver database, ensuring that all our drivers are properly licensed and insured. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and update fleet management system (e.g., SAP or similar)
- Maintain and update driver database
- Track vehicle locations, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure all drivers are properly licensed and insured
- Generate and maintain reports on fleet performance
- Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics administration or similar role
- Proficient in using fleet management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
