In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using tools like QuickBooks and SAP, preparing monthly financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of annual financial reports. You'll also play a key role in managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily accounting activities including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage payables and receivables, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
