📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems by implementing and monitoring security protocols.
• Optimize network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Oversee the company's IT hardware and software, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the IT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on network and security.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
