In this role, you will teach a variety of art classes, including drawing, painting, and mixed media, to children aged 4-12. You will create engaging and educational lesson plans, and collaborate with other educators to ensure a rich and inspiring learning environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach a variety of art classes to children aged 4-12, including drawing, painting, and mixed media.
• Develop and implement engaging and educational lesson plans that align with our curriculum.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a rich and inspiring learning environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our art programs and workshops.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their artistic skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in art education.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, and ensure all art supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence in all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching art to children.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., Montessori, Waldorf, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of art techniques and principles, including drawing, painting, and mixed media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire children.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Passion for art and a commitment to nurturing creativity and confidence in children.
