📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, guides, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials.,Provide support to customers and partners through technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of technical products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
