📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior audit staff.,Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
