📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement costing models and systems to accurately track and analyze manufacturing and logistics costs.,Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost data is available for decision-making.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost and operational performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in costing and logistics optimization.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost control measures.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in costing, manufacturing, or logistics optimization.,Strong knowledge of costing principles, techniques, and software tools.,Proven track record of successfully implementing cost-saving initiatives.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
