📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage services.,Ensure that all staff members are trained, motivated, and working effectively to deliver excellent customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor expenses, and overheads.,Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations.,Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages served.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and special promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using computer software and technology to manage restaurant operations.
