Mart Shop Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for retail. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Jakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.,Assist in inventory management by restocking and organizing products.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Must be based in Jakarta for remote work.
