As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer letters and onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
