📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the telesales team, ensuring that they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telesales.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
