In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development strategy,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their impact and effectiveness,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide guidance and support to employees on their learning and development journey

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant learning and development tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian
