As an IT Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing technical assistance to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Ensure the security and integrity of the IT systems and data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.,Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus.
