📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Support the company's strategic goals by aligning HR practices with business objectives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Certification in HR management is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
