Glow Web Lestari is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are always in optimal condition and available for our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Oversee the fuel consumption and cost of the fleet, ensuring we are operating within budget.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are following safety protocols and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have all necessary documentation up to date.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when necessary.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
