📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles,Maintain and update vehicle records, including maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient travel,Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly,Work with mechanics to schedule maintenance and repairs,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies,Generate reports on fleet performance and fuel consumption,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,At least 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools,Excellent organizational and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
