📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.,Support the IT department in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide backup and recovery support for critical IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus.
