📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records using ERP systems like SAP.
• Support the Buying Team in analyzing market trends and competitor pricing.
• Participate in stocktake and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and invoices.
• Support the Buying Team in organizing and attending trade shows and exhibitions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen interest in retail procurement.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
