📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and build trust.,Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our products/services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
