📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and light trucks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Carry out engine, transmission, and electrical system repairs with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new technicians.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or equivalent.
- Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
- Proven experience with diagnostic tools and software, including OBD-II scanners.
- Thorough knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical components.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
