Klinik Gilang Medical Center is looking for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, and maintaining the efficiency of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for healthcare logistics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock taking, and order fulfillment.,Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment to the clinic.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation of goods.
