📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to the Store Manager.,Conduct regular stock checks and reordering as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of dental products and services is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.
