As a Manufacturing Quality Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our production process. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. Your daily tasks will include conducting quality tests, documenting inspection results, and collaborating with production teams to address any quality issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize quality control tools and software such as Minitab, SPSS, and SAP to analyze and document inspection results.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Perform statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve production processes, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control certifications and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control role, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality control certifications.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as Minitab, SPSS, and SAP.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel to production sites as needed.
